Privacy Policy

Effective July 2, 2026

1. Who we are

CaseCatch provides intake and follow-up technology services to personal injury law firms. We are a technology provider, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal services or legal advice. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website and through the services we operate on behalf of client firms.

2. Information we collect on this website

When you request a Free Intake Leak Audit, we collect the information you submit: your name, firm name, work email, phone number, approximate lead volume, and anything you choose to tell us. We use standard analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not sell this information or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Information we process for client firms

When a law firm engages CaseCatch, we process intake communications on that firm's behalf: call recordings and transcripts, form submissions, and the contact and case details prospective clients share. This information belongs to the client firm. We act as its service provider, process it only on the firm's instructions, and handle it under strict attorney-client privilege safeguards.

4. How we use information

We use website information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct your audit, and operate the site. We use intake information solely to deliver the contracted services to the client firm: answering, qualifying, escalating, and following up with leads, and reporting results to the firm. We do not use intake conversations to train models shared outside your firm's service.

5. Sharing

We share information only with the client firm it belongs to, and with vetted subprocessors (telephony, hosting, messaging) bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We disclose information if required by law, and we notify the affected firm unless legally prohibited. We never sell personal information.

6. Security and retention

Intake data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to personnel who need it to provide the service, and all access is logged. We retain intake data for as long as the client firm instructs, and delete or return it on termination of the engagement. Website inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through this website by emailing audit@usecasecatch.com. If your information was collected during an intake conversation, direct your request to the law firm you contacted; we will assist the firm in honoring it.

8. Changes and contact

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Questions? Contact audit@usecasecatch.com.
